I am Sara, a systemic coach and business psychologist with a deep passion for helping people break free from their “stuck” state and finally live a life that truly fits them.
My professional path has led me through various roles in the financial sector, management consulting, and compliance training & communications, where I had the opportunity to dive deeper into training, communications and leading workshops.
It was during this time that I realized these areas truly align with my strengths—working with people, guiding change processes, and sharing knowledge. This realization led me to pursue a Master’s degree in business psychology and become a certified systemic coach.
Now, I know firsthand how fulfilling it is to discover your purpose and identify your strengths. My mission is to help others on their journey to finding their own calling and unlocking their potential.
What sets me apart is my ability to empathize with the unique life situations of my clients. I know from personal experience what it feels like to be stuck and to seek one’s own path. My coaching approach is holistic, combining psychological expertise with practical methods of stress management and mindfulness.I accompany my clients on their journey to greater self-confidence, inner balance, and professional fulfillment. Together, we uncover hidden potentials and create a clear vision for their future. My greatest motivation is to see others flourish through my support and realize their dreams.
